Training Activities Checklist
After you've watched videos and have a basic understanding of how to use the Predictive Coding tool, practice your skills and try performing the following actions:
Open the Data Visualizer and pin some favorite visualizations to your dashboard.
Use the People tab to investigate the important people in your matter. Narrow down your results by selecting a particular person in the "From" field and click Add Filter. Go to the "Recipients" field to see who this person communicated with, and select additional names if they appear important or particularly active.
Alternatively, use a date visualization to filter documents to particularly relevant period of time, or determine if your document set is missing a period of time
Use the billable size visualization to filter for large documents that may need to be reviewed quickly or culled from your dataset.
